Tea Time

I’ve been to The Old Mill several times and I’ve always enjoyed myself. When I was working in the cosmetic industry we had product training held here a few times which always involved a delicious lunch in the dining room with a side of product knowledge and free product – it was always a good time.

I learned more about The Old Mill last year and I’ve been wanting to have afternoon tea here for quite some time. I finally made the time this past summer and I could not ask for a better day!

Upon my arrival, I wanted to check out the the patio and wonder around and snap some photos. There are so many places to go, I had trouble tracing back my steps a few times.

After exploring for a bit, it was finally tea time!

So many delicious sandwiches and sweets to try! I really loved the warm scones, especially with strawberry jam.

After I was full of tea and ready for a nap I wanted to continue to check out the hotel. As I mentioned before, The Old Mill is pretty big and you can easily get lost if you don’t know your way around, but I was willing to take that risk in return for some great photos.

The Old Mill is such a beautiful place to check out. Whether it’s for afternoon tea, dinner, a patio lunch during the summer months or a spa day, it is worth checking out. I would love to go back for lunch or dinner next summer and enjoy the patio and garden. If you are in the area and looking for something to do, I highly recommend checking out The Old Mill.
